Become a Workshop Facilitator
We are thrilled to invite experienced Playback and Improv Theatre practitioners from around the world to facilitate workshops at the first-ever Global Playback & Improv Theatre Gathering in Africa. This festival celebrates creative exchange, collaboration, and the joy of theatre, and we want your expertise to inspire participants from all backgrounds.
We welcome facilitators with experience in:
- Playback Theatre
- Improv Theatre
- Theatre education and facilitation
Whether you’ve led workshops, festivals, or training programs before, your voice and skills can help shape an unforgettable global theatre experience.
Important Note
We’re excited to welcome facilitators and teachers to the festival! As a thank-you for joining us, all selected facilitators will receive a full registration fee waiver and delicious meals throughout the festival, so you can focus entirely on teaching, performing, and connecting with fellow artists.
Travel and accommodation will be the responsibility of each facilitator, but we’ll provide guidance to help you find comfortable and affordable options.

Complete the Workshop Facilitator Application Form and tell us about your workshop and facilitation experience. Selected facilitators will be contacted with next steps, including scheduling and logistical arrangements.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation. Please note that submission does not guarantee selection. Selected facilitators will be contacted via email with further instructions.
