Call for Subcontractors: Media Consultancy & Event Decoration Services – December 2025
Access to Creative Play Foundation (Access to Play) invites qualified independent consultants and corporate vendors to submit proposals for Media Consultancy and Event Decoration Services for a partner-funded project taking place in December 2025.
Access to Play is coordinating an anniversary celebration event for a partner in the security sector. As part of the project’s delivery, we seek professional service providers who can support the event’s visibility, documentation, and overall aesthetic experience over a 3-day period.
Services Required
1. Media Consultants / Vendors
Providers will be responsible for:
- Photography
- Videography
- Video editing
- Social media content development
Requirements:
Applicants must have a strong portfolio and demonstrated experience in visual storytelling and media production.
2. Event Decoration Consultants / Vendors
Providers will be responsible for:
- Designing event décor aligned with the theme and partner’s brand identity
- Setting up décor prior to the event
- Dismantling décor after the event
Requirements:
Applicants must demonstrate creativity, reliability, and proven experience in event decoration.
